How does pricing work?
The rate is $120 an hour. Before any work starts, Omar explains what’s wrong and gives you a clear quote, so you decide with the full picture.
Why check a drain with a camera?
Clearing a drain fixes the symptom. A camera shows the cause, whether that’s tree roots, a cracked pipe or a build-up, so you know if it will come back and what it would take to fix it for good.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes. For burst pipes and major leaks, turn the water off at the main and call. If you smell gas, follow the steps in the problem finder and call Jemena on 131 909 first.
